Rashid Khan, Afghanistan’s top leg-spinner, who was playing Lahore Qalandars in the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 7, rejected rumours regarding his availability for the big event’s final.

Rashid, who is now representing his country in an away series against Bangladesh, took to Twitter to deny reports that he will be going to Pakistan to represent the Qalandars in the big event’s final.

“It would have been amazing to be a part of [Lahore Qalandars] and play alongside boys in [the PSL 7] final,” he added.

“I won’t be able to make it to the finals since National Duty is always [the] first priority,” he continued.
