The International Cricket Council (ICC) has selected Pakistan’s superstar skipper Babar Azam and Australia’s run-machine Rachael Haynes the ICC Men’s and Women’s Players of the Month for March 2022.

Rachael Haynes is the ICC Women’s Player of the Month after a string of impressive performances on the way to Australia’s sixth ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup title. Her astonishing efforts at the top of the order, scoring 429 precious runs in eight matches at an average of 61.28, were critical to her side’s unbroken march to the final, when they eventually defeated England to crown an enthralling tournament.
