According to Rashid Latif, Director of Cricket Operations for the Kashmir Premier League (KPL), certain big names like Shahid Afridi, Shoaib Akhtar, and Wasim Akram will play in the league’s second season.

Rashid, who visited the Muzaffarad Cricket Stadium on Wednesday to learn about the facilities and preparations for the KPL’s impending second season, stated that the major names in cricket will be present.

“The second season of the Kashmir Premier League will be even better than the first,” Rashid said.

“The league will feature some huge stars like Shahid Afridi, Wasim Akram, and Shoaib Akhtar,” he said.

The former wicket-keeper batter, on the other hand, remained focused on using the league to help local Kashmiri talent shine.
